Parallels Access on mac take very long time to turn on!!!

It takes VERY LONG TIME for parallels access on mac to be "accessible", it stayed in this screen for at least 40 minutes.

Not sure if this helps and not very technical, but i have had this issue sometimes. At least for me i just exit the program, load it up again and normally its instant turn on.
