Parallels and MacFUSE/FUSEOsX

Does Parallels version 10 require MacFUSE or FUSEosX?

I ask because I can't access my Windows VM from OSX anymore. I have all the Parallels sharing options checked along with "Connected Servers" checked in the OS X Finder Preferences panel.
