Parallels and USB Driver Error

Hello,

i have the problem, that parallels show me the error, that the USB driver is not correct and i can not contact any device with the virtual machine. I should install parallels new. Then i install it. After some days i get the same error. Then i install new. After some days the same thing. What can i do? I can not install parallels all some days.

I have the same problem. Every day I have to re-install Parallels 7 because I got the message that the USB drivers are not installed and I have to reinstall Parallels. This problem came after the change from version 6 to version 7. I am in contact with the Parallels support but the do not know about the reason of this problem. And they have no solving for the problem since now. THey tried a lot of things on my Mac by using Teamviewer for more than a hour without any result. So I can only warn everybody not to change to Paralles for Mac Version 7.
 
Problem solved

My problem disapeared. With "TinkerTool System" I made a System Optimizing, a re-building of the Locate Database and a repairing of the cache for the Kernel-extension. That's it. Now Parallels Desktop for Mac 7 is working without any problem.
So try it.
