Parallels Application Server V15. Gateway Status Not Verified

Gateway status shows not verified and no one can connect. When I go to gateways and check status it says "Gateway did not reply, please install gateway" When I click install it installs and says "MSI operation successful" when I click Done the gateway status check comes up again and again says Gateway did not reply...."
 
Hi Paul,
check RAS SecureClientGateway service status in the Services console (Services.msc). Installation completed successfully in your case but we don't know whether service started or not.
 
Thank you Alexey. The service was started, I thought of checking that. I did manage to get this working late yesterday, but only after an uninstall and then a reinstall.
