Parallels asks to compress the VM daily

My parallels wants to compress my Windows 7 Pro image every day. I don't always do it, but it stills asks me at least once a day. Any way to a) stop it from asking, b) find out if its actually compressing and maybe its just asking me because that isn't working, or c) ????
