Parallels Cannot be Activated

I've already created a Support Ticket but got no response.

My Current Parallels Installation cannot be activated because I couldn'r reset the old Installation.
Now I'm Stuck with an unactivated Version which forces me to upgrade to Version 18.

Maybe Someone can help me here?
