Hi, I have been using Parallels for a few days now, registered and activated, and everything was working fine. My mac recently locked up and I had to hard reset it, and when I came back in and tried to open Parallels, it was like I had just installed it on a new machine and was asking for my activation key. When I try to enter that key, it fails, saying "Unable to activate Parallels Desktop". What am I supposed to do now? Why did Parallels lose my activation? Thanks, -Aaron
