Parallels client crashing after Win10 update to 20H2

Hi,

we are experiencing sudden crashes of the parallels client (tried the latest of both 17 and 18), the error message is "pushing of client settings failed", the client crashes in the taskbar, even running the client manually will result in a crash after a little while.

Hi GM, please contact support to resolve the issue completely. It will probably require uploading your crash dumps.
In the meantime I suggest you disabling client policies on a server and trying again, looking at the error it might help.
