I have Parallels setup so that it is a separate space instead of a floating window. When something happens on my Windows side, Parallels will automatically switch me to the Windows desktop which is pretty annoying if I'm doing something on my Mac side. Is there a way to disable this?

Try to check if it happens when you are trying to open any files in Windows.
Yes it switches when opening files in Windows or if I'm opening a program and it finishes loading. Is there a way to disable this? It also works in reverse when opening files on the Mac side.
