Parallels Crashes After Installing

I have just bought and installed Parallels Desktop 3.0 on my Core 2 Duo Macbook Rev. 2. I am running 10.5.1. When I try to run the app, the program crashes, I have installed and tried to run in save mode, repaired permissions, etc. and still no luck. Error message is below.
