Parallels crashes on start, macOS Monterey

Hello,
After upgrade from Mojave to Monterey, I can't run Parallels.
Error message that I get is this:

Termination Reason: Namespace SIGNAL, Code 10 Bus error: 10
Terminating Process: exc handler [838]

Any ideas what is the issue and how to fix this?

Thank you!
I've managed to solve the issue by just reinstalling Parallels.
Luckily, Windows and everything else wokrs fine and no data is lost.
