Parallels Crashing Issues

Hi hoping someone can help.

I have upgraded my Parallels today to v15 and have attempted to right click certain files which causes the Parallels window to go black, crash and reboot the desktop each time. I have tried to use the shortcuts of control and shift + click but this has not worked. However, I've found a different way to get the option to load in administrator mode but each time I do this I get the same issue - black screen, crashing and a reboot of the desktop. Any help greatly appreciated as I bought this to run a certain App which has to be in administrator mode only!

Let us know more about the files you are trying to open. Let us know if the Parallels Desktop crashes or the Windows crashes.
 
Hi Ajith, the file I try to run in administrator mode is a small game file (non data intensive) called TEW2020, I used to run the previous version on the old Parallels software with no issues. When I right click or try to run as administrator the loading symbol appears next to the mouse icon for a few seconds, the screen then goes black and the Parallels desktop then reloads followed by the apps on the taskbar but it does not complete the requested action
