Hello. I have a license for Parallels Desktop 11. I can't activate it on my MacBook; the program says there's no internet connection. Additionally, can I upgrade it to version 19 and use it on two computers simultaneously, both the old and the new? If yes, how does the upgrade process work? I request a detailed instruction. Also, I have a previously created virtual machine; can I transfer it while using both versions simultaneously?
 
Можно купить старый лицензионный ключ, активировать его, а затем приобрести обновление до новой версии. Одновременно использовать две версии программы невозможно.
