I run Parallels Desktop 13 on MacOS high Sierra and it is basically impossible for me to run a Windows 10 virtual machine in full screen mode.
When I start a VM in full screen it opens as a full screen app in a separate desktop space. (this is how mission control shows it)
However in full screen mode is steals all desktop spaces. So when I swipe from the VM app to a different desktop space it keeps showing me Parallels desktop.
Creating new spaces doesn't help. As soon I go to the new desktop space, parallels desktop appears in full screen mode in front of this desktop. When I check the small live picture in mission control everything seems to be normal, so normal live pictures for each desktop space. Only the parallels desktop is black.
So, whatever desktop space I use, Parallels desktop is always in front of it when running in full screen mode.
This means that I can't use parallels desktop in full screen mode.
This issue happens on my MacBook Pro screen and my external thunderbolt screen as well.
