Hello on the 13th December 2018 I've bought lifetime key for Parallels Desktop 14 Education Edition but now it says that it has expired on 18th December 2019.
Hi, we've checked your account and your Parallels Desktop license is permanent, it doesn't has any expiration date. But the Parallels Toolbox subscription (it was the bonus software that came with Parallels Desktop) has the expiration date. Parallels Toolbox bonus subscription is not permanent any more, you have only 1 year subscription with Parallels Desktop permanent license. Please let us know if you have any other questions to us.
