Parallels Desktop 15 featured recently on bundles with other software

Is this officially supported?
I want to take advantage of the bundles as they have some other apps that I would like to have.
Can I as a licensed user or Parallels (i.e. old costumer) purchase a copy of version 15? Or that is only to attract new users?
