parallels desktop 16 Coherence mode

    Hello and welcome
    In my version, parallels desktop 16 with a permanent license. Coherence mode is no longer active. How to fix it ? Moreover, folders and applications from MAC OS stopped appearing in windows. Nor can I copy anything from one system to another.
