Parallels Desktop 16 does not continue installation

I'm already looking 5 minutes on this window ... (see screenshot),
MacOS 10.15.5
Parallels 15.1.4 is installed and working.
Parallels is not running.

Never mind, after starting and then closing Parallels again the installer suddenly continued(?)
