    Please help.

I've got a Mac Mini M1 processor, Big Sur and need to run Windows 10

Parallels Desktop 17.0.0 (51461) is not recognising the latest Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_ARM64_en-us_21354
Choosing the .VHDX image manually results in the following error message

    "Unable to detect Operating System"
Choosing "Find Automatically" results in never-ending search.

Has anyone else had success with this version of Windows?

    Any assistance is much appreciated.

    Thanks

I've already downloaded it twice and it (Parallels Desktop 17) will not recognise the VHDX image. I've tried every way I can think of but still nothing as I've explained in the message above. BTW I've worked with Apple computers for over 25 years as a Mac Consultant so I know my way around any MacOS.

Hi there, I'm having the same issues, the other works around that I have seen, don't seem to be working, any thoughts on what I should do?

  6. Hello, did you check the same behaviour with the latest Parallels Desktop version 17.0.1?
