Parallels Desktop 18 not installing windows apps on my external SSD drive

Hello,
I just got Parallels Desktop 18 to try it. I am trying to run Windows 11 and any apps installed in windows from a fast external ssd drive.
I did figure out how to run Windows eleven from the SSD drive, but Parallels Desktop 18 keeps installing all the apps I install in windows on my MAC's internal drive on a folder called "Applications (Parallels)" -> "Windows 11 Applications". I need them on my external SSD drive for better performance.

How can I do this?
