Parallels Desktop 19 – License activation after motherboard replacement

Hello,

I own an active permanent license for Parallels Desktop 19 Standard Edition, originally activated on May 16, 2024.

My MacBook Pro M3 recently underwent a logic board replacement due to a hardware failure. The computer has now been repaired, and I have reinstalled macOS.

I would like to continue using my existing Parallels license, but I have encountered activation difficulties following the hardware replacement.

Could a Parallels representative please help me with the following questions?

  1. Can the previous activation be released or reset so I can activate my license on the repaired MacBook?
  2. Is Parallels Desktop 19 compatible with my current macOS version?
  3. If a newer version is required, am I eligible for a discounted upgrade from Parallels Desktop 19 Standard Edition?
  4. Is a one-time purchase upgrade available, rather than an annual subscription?
My permanent license is registered and shown as active in my Parallels account.

I can provide my license key and purchase details privately if necessary.

Thank you for your assistance.
