Parallels desktop 6.0.12094 prl_fsd scrolling messages

Hello,
I bit the bullet and recently upgraded to 6.0.12094 on a macbook pro, 10.6.8, and now I have literally scrolling console messages:

Sep 19 15:10:24 mb_pro prl_fsd[9492]: prl_tg driver is not loaded.
Sep 19 15:10:24 mb_pro com.apple.launchd[1] (com.parallels.vm.prl_fsd[9492]): Exited with exit code: 255
Sep 19 15:10:24 mb_pro com.apple.launchd[1] (com.parallels.vm.prl_fsd): Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds
Sep 19 15:10:34 mb_pro prl_fsd[9493]: prl_tg driver is not loaded.
Sep 19 15:10:34 mb_pro com.apple.launchd[1] (com.parallels.vm.prl_fsd[9493]): Exited with exit code: 255

The only thing close I've been able to find is this thread associated with a volume "Shared Folders", but I don't believe it's related to my com.apple.launchd respawn issue.

My launchctl is seeing it as status '255', with no PID.. So I know it's obviously a barfing process. But I'd really really like to not fill up my syslog queue.

- 255 com.parallels.vm.prl_fsd

But has anyone else come across this? THANKS!
 
Is this log from your OSX guest OS?
Looks like you have installed OSX guest tools on your host. Uninstall them from the host, if so.
