Parallels Desktop 6 auto-boots most recently used vm

Whenever I start Parallels Desktop 6 (under Lion) it seems to auto-boot the VM I most recently used, even though all my VM's are configured never to autostart under the vm configurations "Options > Startup & Configuration".

Is there a fix planned for this?
 
Correction:

It only seems to do this when I quit parallels while a vm is running. I if turn the VM off manually before I quit it will only open the window for the vm (which it really shouldn't, I want to get my VM list so I can choose the vm i want to use), but does not boot it.
