Hello everybody, and sorry for my english..
I have Imac 2012, Mac Os El capitan, Parallels Desktop 11.2.0 with Windows 7 and everything works very well.
My Hardware disk is dead. After genius Bar i have new one. I decide to restore my system with Acronis True Image 2016. All Mac OS files are OK. When i decide to open Parallels desktop to control my Windows files i have a problem. It doesn't want to open Windows because Parallels tools are not installed. I have tried every thing i have seen on web to restore these tools but I don't succeed.
Can you help me ?
