Parallels Desktop and Windows 8.1 Start Button

Hi,

I see strange issue with Windows 8.1 Start Button - cannot repro it on my physical Windows 8.1 machine,
so assume it is Parallels issue.

When I click Start Button in Windows 8.1 desktop - sometimes it works immediately, sometimes it does
nothing at all, until you move the mouse pointer a little bit - then it opens the Win 8.1 Start Screen.
This is small, but rather annoying slowdown - breaks the flow of switching and makes you think maybe
OS is slow, or something.

Parallels: Build 8.0.18608 (Revision 898384; July 17, 2013)
Running on MacBook Pro, OS X - 10.8.5.

Any workarounds, fixes?

Same thing happens with some applications's Close button - click, and there is no action unless you also move the mouse soon.
Happens with Internet Explorer and Chrome, but not Windows Explorer.
Rather annoying. No workarounds?
