Parallels Desktop crashes Examining and Repairing Drive

I have purchased the trail version of parallels and in the meantime I have actually purchased Parallels Desktop 16 for Mac, however when I try to enter parallels I see the following message Examining and Repairing Drive C 100%. It won't go anywhere. It hangs.

As Windows shows that operation complete at 100%, you can just reset the VM.
It is safe.
