Parallels desktop downloads Windows 11 but doesn't install it

Hi,

I have some issues with Parallels. For the third time now, it has downloaded the Windows 11 version through Parallels desktop, but it doesn't install it. No installation starts, it just randomly starts downloading it yet again, which is very troublesome as I am currently on limited data out and about.

So how do I go about and fix this? Should I manually download another version of Windows 11? I have already bought a key.

For M2 Macs, do I need a special version of Windows besides simply ARM64? I would be very thankful if somebody could assist me with a download link to a working version of Windows 11 that I can simply download, run and go about my day.

This is how it looked this last time. I have had shitty internet as I am out and about in the wilderness, is it possible that the disruption of my internet service regularly can simply corrupt the download?
Otherwise, can I get a link to something else that I can download and use as the ISO, or a guide to how one goes about uupdump.net that is working currently?
