Parallels Desktop for Mac 13 Windows 10 Black Screen

Hi

My computer recently stopped being able to open windows. It will resume like normal but then the screen just goes black.

I've read some of the forums and the advice given was Action > Reset - Can anyone explain how I go about executing that?

Or if I can just get help to get it working again that would be great.
