Parallels Desktop for Mac - 'Bait and Switch' ??

Hi everyone,
As title, I am keen to buy Parallels 14, and I recently had a special offer - Upgrade Deal to P14, £34.99 special offer.
However, when I click on the button I am charged the regular price of £39.99. Very naughty!
(I have not bought it yet).
I've tried to contact Parellel, but there is no email I can find and Facebook messenger gets no reply.
I would appreciate (ideally) contact from an 'offical Parallels person' to sort out this anomoly...

Exactly the same for me. Looks like a bit of sharp practice. I think for me it is time to stick Windows in Boot Camp and run Linux on other machines. I do not like the subscription model which we are being dragged towards anyway.

Well, I have got another promo email from Parallels, but this time the offer price (£39.99) and the actual web price (£39.99) are equal!
Looks like someone had finger trouble.
Pity really - £40 is just a bit too steep but £35 would have pursuaded me to buy. Oh well ...
