Parallels Desktop on Snow Leopard Server?

Hallo forum.

I am running Parallels Desktop 4 on a Snow Leopard Server. Since I am having a lot of strange issues with my Snow Leopard Server I want to know if PD4 is compatible with this host OS.

I cannot find any confirmed information from Parallels on this. Any hints would be highly appreciated.
