Parallels Desktop Student Discount

I'm trying to get to student discount but my university is not listed on the website. Is it possible to still get the discount?

I have seen the link you mentioned above, I just noticed the 50% student discount is a 1-year subscription.
Does it mean I can not use it anymore after one year and need to buy new license?

At this time, student edition licenses are available only as 1-year subscriptions. Such a license will expire after a year, at which time you will no longer be able to use Parallels Desktop unless you buy a new license key.
 
Hi, I have an old version of parallels desktop 13 on my old PC, which I don't use anymore.

I have another old version 14 on my laptop. I bought a new machine and would like to get a version 15 on it. I am now a student and got the 50% discount code. But it does not seem to work for one time purchase, is this an error or only for subscription purchase? I do not want the subscription. I want the one-time purchase with student discounts advertised, no where it was saying that the discount is only for subscriptions only. This is frustrating, wasting my time.

Hello, you can purchase Parallels Desktop permanent license with the Student discount.

I tried this already, tried again following your link. After I verify and get the 9 letters code, when I click continue it directs me to the purchase page of 1 year subscription only. When I go into the permanent license purchase page, and enter my code, it returns me with an invalid code!

Please make sure if this is working.
