Parallels disconnect due to packet loss 0.3%

Hi,

I am using Parallels RAS v19 client. I have noticed Parallels client will disconnect even packet loss is only around 0.3%. Are there any way to fine-tune sensitivity for Parallels client?

I am running MS Teams audio at the same time, but it is not affected by the packet loss.

Hi Tony,
I'm came across this old post.
Did you got any answers around this questions or how did you handle this?
We experience simular effect where in classic RDS the screen would just freeze and then refresh, RAS will disconnect instantly and reconnect.
In time almost the time, but in user experience not the same.
