Parallels disrupting PDF printing

I'm using a calculation program called Dialux. When exporting calculation results as a PDF Parallels cuts off about a third of the page on the right hand side. This does not happen when using the program on a native Windows computer.
Formerly setting the retina display to SCALED solved the problem but now it does not.
Please help.

 

Hello ColinJ3, Let us ensure that Parallels Tools are properly installed. Please follow this link to install Parallels Tools. If you see reinstall or update Parallels Tools then kindly reinstall it and check if it helps.

I did that and I now report that the whole of the PDF is now viewable but ONLY in SCALED mode. "Best for retina" and any other view setting results in the right hand side of the page being missing.
Happy, but would prefer not to have to change each time.
