Parallels Does not boot with bootcamp

Bit poster
I have set up parallels to use bootcamp, at first it says when it's first opened that it is unable to open the bootcamp image. After this I click the green play button and then the screen flips around and hangs saying boot from hard disk. Activity monitor says it is operating at 90% of processing power.

Some info.
I have a macbook black 2 gig ram.
Parallels was just updated today.
I am using bootcamp windows xp professional.
I tried repairing the MBR.

$ diskutil list/dev/disk0
#: type name size identifier
0: GUID_partition_scheme *111.8 GB disk0
1: EFI 200.0 MB disk0s1
2: Apple_HFS Macintosh HD 70.0 GB disk0s2
3: Microsoft Basic Data WINDOWS HD 31.5 GB disk0s4

Any ideas?

Since you just updated, I would assume you are using build 4560? Could you please post the contents of your Home->Library->Logs->Parallels->Bootcamp.log and Home->Library->Logs->Parallels->BootcampOSP.log files?

I'm going to try to solve my own issue, I tried booting windows and it didn't work so I am going to re-do my partition situation. I did have a linux windows and mac, and when I tried to work parallels it didn't work, I don't need linux so I'm just trying to get my computer together.
If you want to try and solve this Partioning Problem then help me out, I will then try to bootcamp windows and use parallels with bootcamp.

For device disk0s2 Macintosh HD:
Current size: 75161927680 bytes
Minimum size: 70947164160 bytes
Maximum size: 119690149888 bytes

Ive tried putting in the maximum. No such luck.
