Parallels doesn't start

Hi MicheleB1. To help us understand the issue better, please take a screenshot of the error message and post here.I have parallels 13, I use it until now but suddenly it stops working. Last time I used it I didn't shut down the virtual machine, just exit the app. Now I can't open Parallels, it loads for years and nothing happens. I tried to install it again but doesn't work. Any tips?

Hi ebarav. Please select Actions (from Mac menu bar) -> Take Snapshot. Again select Actions -> Reset to terminate and restart the virtual machine.My VM is hung and not starting . windows is not starting . I have PARALLELS 13. can anyone help me
