Parallels doesn't update

I need your help with a Parallels update: I have a Mac OSX Yosemite (10.10.4). When I start Parallels I see a message saying me that "New version is available" (see the picture here below):

But when I click on "Install Update" nothing happens. There's a sort of "crash". And when I start parallels the next time the update message is still there. Anyone can help me? Thank you.

If the issue still persists please generate Problem report (as described here) and reply me back with PR 8-digit ID number
