Parallels doesn't work anymore

Hello!
I installed Parallels 11 on my mac in july and since then it worked perfectly! Suddenly three days ago while i was using AutoCad it stopped working and now everytime I try to open Parallels it doesn't respond to any input, whatever I click nothing happens!
Please tell me what i could do to solve this problem.

Hello chiarap1,
This looks like an issue with the Parallels tools. Try to Shut down the Virtual Machine Actions-> Shut down and start it again. Install the Parallels tools Actions -> Install Parallels Tools. Restarting the Virtual Machine should have fixed the issue.
