Parallels Download server offline?

My internet connection is just fine but I instantly get this message when trying to update to v18Screen Shot 2022-08-09 at 7.37.24 AM.png
 
Just downloaded a bunch of Adobe updates and all is fine. Still get this from Parallels Desktop when I try to download their update.
 
I don't even get to update my Parallels 17 Business. It just says that "You have the latest version of Parallels Desktop" when I try to update.
 
Looks like you can't use the update function to go from Parallels 17 to 18? You have to manually download Parallels 18 and install it over your existing installation?

For the sake of others and as a note to myself: to upgrade for whole version number update, log into Parallels, go to My Dashboard -> Support -> Downloads and Documentation and download the installation .dmg file.
