Parallels for ARM mac - licensing question

Is there an actual licensing restriction preventing one from using the Home license commercially? Or is it just that there are missing features and less support?

Hello, kindly explain the issue you are facing with Parallels Desktop so that we can understand better and help you out. Currently Parallels Desktop 16 and 17 are supported on ARM machines.
 
I did explain. I want to use Parallels Desktop on an M1 Mac at the company I work for. I have no technical reason why I could not simply buy a "Home" license for it. But since I am using it commercially, I want to know whether this is allowed or not under the terms of the license.

Hello, you can use Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard Edition for office purposes.
