Parallels for Mac version 7.0.15107 Lockup issue

It has been a while since using Parallels for Mac with Windows 7 but when I started it up my Activity Monitor started pegging at 200% on the CPUs. It was showing this file or programthat was causing this high usage, "prl_vm_app". It ran this was for over six hours before I saw the problem so I shut it down. Tonight I restarted Parallels up and it did the exact same thing and nothing will respond.

Suggestions?
