Parallels freeze at start-up

Hi.
i have Parallels desktop on Mac version 8.5 emulate the windows XP Pro
Mac OSX 10.8
Since yesterday i cannot start Parrallels still freezing when try to start windows side i have a message error with Network Bootrom Is installed, Trying to boot from primary Master IDE drive ...
NTLDR is missing
Press Ctrl + Alt + Del To restart
when i pressed them still remain on the same windows.
Some solutions ???
