Has anyone had the difficulty of parallels freezing up immediately upon opening? We just upgraded to version 6 and now we can't use it because it freezes immediately. We have noted that there is a pop-up upon opening re: Kaspersky installation, and the pop-up is also frozen. It will not remind later, ignore or install or for that matter use the exit X in the right hand corner of the popup. NOTHING works. Help!
