Parallels Freezing

Since upgrading to build 3810 I have had Parallels freeze on me at least 3 times a day. None of the windows in Parallels are accessible, I can see the time in the taskbar is frozen and the prl_vm_app is running at about 20% utilization.

I checked System and there are no exclamation points. I also tried uninstalling the Parallel tools and reinstalling but I still have it locking up.

Any suggestions?
 
Yes there is antivirus software, but I have had that running since Parallels v3.0. When the Windows XP emulation stops responding and I just see the prl_vm_app crusing at 20% utilizating and not responding, is there anything I can do to debug?
 
I can't uninstall antivirus software that has been there since Parallels v3.0.

Just locked up again on me and my only option is to reset it. Is there some log I should be looking at?
