Parallels hangs when freeing mouse cursor

After running the latest Windows 10 update using the latest version of Parallels 11, unlocking the mouse cursor using Crtl-Alt freezes Parallels Desktop. Things work fine as long as the cursor is locked though.

Please reinstall Parallels Tools by referring the steps provided in the article http://kb.parallels.com/115835 and check how it works.

I reinstalled Parallels Tools, but that did not help. Though, the problem went away after updating OS X.
