As there does not seem to a generic forum I'll just drop this here. I purchased the Holiday Bundle and I'm having some issues. Part of the bundle is Acronis True Image 2016. The advert states for "Mac and PC". The provided link is to download "AcronisTrueImage2016_web.exe". There is no link for the Mac version and when trying to run the provided Windows installer I get "Failed to read file" when it attempts to download the real install. What is the solution for these issues?

Hi Harvin, start Parallels Desktop. Click on the Parallels Desktop menu, select Backup with Acronis True Image. You will see the Acronis True Image 2015 for Mac window. Click Install to start the installation process.
