Parallels install hangs

After my h.d. crash, I am now reinstalling Parallels. Or would like to.

I deleted the previous "parallels" folder. Inserted the 3.0 disk, proceed to try to install Parallels desktop ... and my MacBook install hangs at "Running Parallels desktop Installer script." Gets about 1 centimeter on the install bar.

Never mind ...

the new 3.0 build ... i dl'd it ... seems to have installed, gotta put xp in now.

How did you figure out the problem. Because mine keeps getting stuck there.

Get 4.0. I had the same problem installing 3.0. I think I just kept running the installation program over a few times until it finally installed. However, my 4.0 installation is about 100% better than 3.0. I almost bought Fusion, but I'm glad I waited for 4.0.
