Parallels is NOT useful if you won't provide support

I bought parallels then I bought windows 8.1. Now the windows 8.1 is in .exe format. At not point on your website you provide any support or information regarding making the change from .exe to dmg files for mac. How am I supposed to install windows 8 if I don't even have the right file. that makes parallels completely useless. Can anyone help me install windows 8 on parallels. Please
if not then I would like to request my money back.

For method 2 you can use a Windows trial as a temporary VM, in this case MS actually provides ISOs: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-8-1-enterprise

(there's no way to convert the Windows trial to non-trial)
