I continue to get the following error message when I try to launch Parallels: "The product license has not been renewed. Contact your system administrator for assistance." However, I recently purchased another license and registered it in my account. Everything is showing as valid in my account and even after removing and reinstalling all Parallels software I still get this error message. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Yes, I did use a Parallels Desktop for Business before. But I dropped that and bought a new parallels license. I'd like to use it, and get my toolbox tools back as well.
I'm also having the same problem. I had the business version before but don't have that version through my company anymore and purchased a Pro license for myself. How can I resolve?
Oooo..actually just figured it out... While the error popup is still active, go to the Parallels Desktop menu on the top (system menu) -> Account & License -> Enter A Key. Then paste your new key in!
