Parallels License already registered

Hello,
I need to reinstall Parallels Desktop but i'm getting the message "This license key is already registered in a different account", it seems that i somehow own an other account used to register my key and i can't find what email was used to create it. Is there a possibility to find what email is link to my key or register my key to this account ?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
