Parallels mobil problems

I'm running Parallels 7 on my MacBook and just installed Parallels mobil on my iPad 2. I have two virtual machines, one running Windows XP and the other running Windows 7. I've set up ecerything the way it is supposed to be set up. Here are the issues. My XP machine, boots up okay on the iPad, but when I try to play something with sund it is erratic. Sometimes the sound cuts completely, and other times it crackles (like there was a short in the wire) as it cuts in and out.

The Windows 7 machine looks to boot up fine on the iPad, but that is about it. Sound is even worse if at all than the XP machine. The other issue is I can't run anything. Though when i tap my finger a blue do t appears where I tapped, I don't believe the mouse arrow is actually clicking there. I get dialog boxes pop up as if I clicked somewhere else. The only place that does pop up properly is if I tap the start menu icon on the bottom of the screen. Tapping anywhere else in the pop up window that comes when I tap start only succeeds in closing the window. The only way I can get a program to run is to tap the start icon and then type the name of the program in the dialog box. Then I'm stuck because I can't tap anywhere accurately. Is there a way to sync the mouse arrow with your finger?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just a note. My MacBook is running the latest version of Snow Leopard. My iPad is running the latest version of iOS 5.
 
keep in mind that when you use parallels mobile, you are really just sending the virtual machine's screen to the ipad, not actually running any virtual machine on the ipad. (sorry if that sounded condescending - it was not my intention)

so, that said the sound has to essentially be sent as data to your ipad over the network. if you are not connecting directly to the mac (an option set in parallels preferences) data must be sent "up" to the internet and then back down to your ipad - the only option when you are not on the same physical network.

so all of that was a longwinded way to say that sounds sent from your virtual machine to the ipad are probably going to suck. i did not even bother with turning sound on after the first few minutes of use.
